A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 01/24/2024 and concluded on 01/24/2024. There were 46 children present, ranging in ages from 6 months to 5 years, with 11 staff. The Inspector reviewed six child?s records and three staff?s records. The physical plant was observed and the provider was interviewed regarding policies and procedures.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
