A unannounced non-mandated monitoring focus inspection was initiated on January 12, 2024 from 10:33 am - 1:45 pm. The inspection concluded on January 17, 2024. There were 51 children with 11 staff present. The inspector focus reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant and staffing and supervision. The children were observed participation in table activities , transition time , freely playing, lunch time and preparing for lunch.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the areas and equipment of the center inside and outside shallbe maintained in a clean safe and operable condition.
Evidence:
In the two year old and three year old room, in two of the bathrooms there is rust on the partition. A red residue is coming off the partition.
Outside on the playground, the paint on the fence is peeling off in multiple areas.Plan of Correction: Work order was placed and should be completed by 2/29. Safety captain will monitor and complete daily check list to ensure any repairs are made timely . School Monagement will oversee this process.
