A non-mandated complaint inspection regarding ratio and meal times was conducted on January 26, 2024 from 11:20am-12:25pm. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegations regarding ratio and meal times therefore the complaint was deemed not valid. There were 46 children in care with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision, programming, and nutrition. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the center did not maintain a written record of daily attendance that captures the arrival and departure of each child in case as it occurs.
Evidence:
In preprimary 1, there were 5 children listed on the attendance sheet and 4 children present in the classroom.
In primary 1, there were 14 children listed on the attendance sheet and there are 15 children present.
