An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection for an annual review of staff records was conducted on-site on January 31, 2024. The Assistant Director of MACAA was available during the review of staff records. A total of two staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
