A Subsidy Health and Safety virtual review was conducted on July 7, 2020. During the review the home was inspected via virtual tour lead by the vendor and adult daughter with vendor's permission. The child files and household members' flies were reviewed. Emergency policies, procedures and documentation was reviewed. Children were observed playing freely and eating morning snack. Emergency procedures to address COVID 19 were also reviewed.
