An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/1/2024 from 10:30 am to 12:45 pm. There were 121 children supervised by 17 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 10 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, circle time, and tabletop activities. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website.
