There were 48 children, ranging from six months to five years of age, present with ten staff supervising. Infant care was observed, and older children were observed playing, eating lunch, and preparing for nap. Lunch served today: turkey and cheese sandwich, peas, pears and milk. Five child records and five staff records were reviewed, along with the emergency drill log, written daily attendance, written allergy list, required posted information, annual fire and health inspections and three emergency medications. The playground was not observed due to inclement weather. If you have further questions about this inspection please contact Donna Liberman at 540-359-5244 or Donna.Liberman@doe.virginia.gov.
