A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on February 8, 2024 from 11:50am-1:00pm. There were 39 children in care with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-A Description: Based on record review, the center did not ensure the tuberculosis screening for a staff member was completed with the last 30 days of the date of employment.
