Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio during the inspection.
The playground was not inspected today due to inclement weather.
Children were observed: resting quietly, working independently on a variety of activities, and getting up from a nap.

Infant cribs were labeled, cots were numbered to identify users, top and bottom covers for resting children. first aid supplies, medications, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills were all in compliance today.

Description: Based on observation and a review of class allergy lists, the center did not maintain a current written list of all children's allergies.
Evidence:
The allergy list posted on classrooms was dated 1/2/24. 2 children on the list, have changed rooms since 1/2/24.

Description: Based on a review of records, one child record did not contain a signed written agreement by the first day of attendance.
Evidence:
3 child records were reviewed.
Child #1's record did not contain documentation of a signed agreement authorizing emergency medical care for the child. ( First day of attendance-2/10/2024)

Description: Based on staff statements, there was not at least one staff member who meets the program leader qualifications regularly present. Such a teacher shall supervise no more than 2 aides.
Evidence:
The Children's House 1 room did not have a program leader regularly present. The Children's House 2 room lead teacher had been supervising 3 aides, between the two rooms.
