An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/20/2024 from 8:50 am to 9:28 am. There were 25 children supervised by 3 direct care staff. The physical plant, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Evidence: Child #3's last annual update is 10/18/2021.Plan of Correction: I will have the parent update no later than 3/1/2024.
