A complaint investigation was conducted with the center on 1/17/2024. The complaint consisted of allegations received by the Northern Licensing Office regarding diapering, infant feeding, and safe sleep. Interviews were conducted and observations were made in the Infant classroom. The allegations contained in the complaint were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence and no violations were cited.
