An unannounced renewal inspection was completed from 11:00amuntil 12:30. There were 58 children and 15 staff present. Five children?s records were reviewed. Five staff records and board officer records were reviewed at the main office. Children were observed playing outside, inside, washing hands, and eating lunch.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation (s) were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.036-B-2 Description: Based on record review, the applicant did not get an agent's fingerprint results completed.
Evidence:
1. Board officer's #1 last fingerprint was completed 1/23/19.Plan of Correction: The board member has gone to get the prints completed and when they are received they will be emailed to the inspector.
