The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced inspection on 02/12/2024 and concluded on 02/12/2024 in response to a complaint received by the department on 02/05/24 for allegations regarding parent communication and special care in an emergency. Interviews, record reviews and policy reviews were conducted relating to the allegations.
