An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/07/2024. There were 33 children, ages 10 months-5 years, and 5 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities, preparing for lunch and nap. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records, were reviewed. The inspectors discussed the following with staff: attendance requirements, program leader. The inspector arrived at 10 AM and departed at 12:45 PM.

safe locking method that prevents access by children.

1. In the infant room sitting on the counter was a Febreze aerosol can.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-560-J Description: Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that tables and highchairs trays were sanitized before and after each use for feeding.
Evidence:
