Reviewed and discussed in detail the following;
Standard (8VAC20-780-530. A) regarding CPR certification related to the training as it shall include an in-person competency demonstration.
Standard (8VAC20-780-560. F.1) related to when centers choose to provide meals or snacks, they shall follow the most recent, age-appropriate nutritional requirements of the Child and Adult Care Food Program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

An unannounced monitoring inspection was started in the center on February 22, 2024 from 3:00 PM until 4:45 PM and concluded on February 28, 2024. At the time of entrance, 29 children were in care with 6 staff members. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 5 staff
records. Children were observed playing outside, playing in stations to include Legos, home living, and coloring.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
