Standard #: 8VAC20-780-570-D Description: Based on interviews and review of documentation it was determined that children were not always fed in accordance with parental instructions. Evidence: On 01/30/2024, child A (Age 13 months) was fed at 9:39 am and had not been fed again when they were picked up at 3:11 pm. The feeding schedule for child A states that they should be fed every 2 - 4 hours. Plan of Correction: Children will be fed in accordance with parental instruction to the feeding plan and documented accordingly.
