Injury reports should contain all required information including how a parent was notified and the time of day. The time must actually be stated rather than at pickup.

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Four classrooms were observed (2 primary and 2 ECC) with direct care staff in supervision. The primary classes follow the balanced mixed age ratios for Montessori programs. Children were engaged in circle time, using supplies and equipment, yoga, painting and handwashing. Lunches are provided by the families. Reviewed a sample of children's records, one newly hired staff, an emergency medication, emergency preparation, trainings and attendance as well as physical space. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
