An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 4 preschool children and 3 infants preset with 4 staff providing direct supervision.
Children were observed singing, learning about brushing their teeth, reading books and learning about colors and letters.
The playground was not in use during the inspection.
There were no medications on site today.
Emergency evacuations, Shelter-in-place drills, the menu, extra food supply for infants, crib labeling, and child activities were all in compliance today.

Based on a review of records, one staff record did not contain documentation of a negative Tuberculosis(TB) screening result conducted in the 30 days prior to employment.
