An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 2/23/2024 from 1:40 pm to 5:04 pm in response to a complaint received 2/16/2023 alleging violations in staff to child ratios and the behavior of children. There were 32 children in care at the start of the inspection, ages three months to four years, in five groups under the care of eight staff. Five classes were observed, numerous staff interviewed, records and documents were reviewed. Based on available evidence, the complaint is not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
