An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 3/5/2024 from 11:30 am to 12:05 pm. There were 29 children supervised by 3 direct care staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing outside. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
