Consultation was given on emergency medications expiring at the end of March 2024.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted during the afterschool part of the day. Sixteen children were present with two staff which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children transitioning into the cafeteria, hand washing, eating snack (provided from home), emergency preparation, records for 5 children and 2 staff as well as attendance and trainings. Emergency medications for 2 children are stored in the school clinic. Care plans and authorizations are up to date. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 business days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website.
