An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today.
All rooms were in ratio during the inspection.
Children were observed playing with a variety of toys, being fed, during diapering and preparing to go home.
4 child and 1 staff records were reviewed. All were complete.
The menu, crib spacing, injury reports, updated injury prevention plan, emergency evacuations, shelter-in-place drills, lockdown drill, medications, first aid and emergency supplies and infant bottle labeling and dating were all in compliance.
