Reviewed emergency standards such as posting the evacuation maps, written plan and drills.

An unannounced visit was conducted in the late afternoon to the tutoring class. Eight children were present with two staff which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children reading working on Wordle on laptops, playing a group game and individual homework. Snack is a choice of 5 items kept in the classroom. No medication was reported to be on-site. Reviewed one staff record and one child record, emergency preparation, physical space, programming and trainings.Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
