An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on March 4, 2024, beginning at 5:20 p.m. and ending at 6:11 p.m. There were 7 school-aged children in the direct care of 4 staff. The children were observed had washing and doing tabletop activities. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 2/1/2024. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 4/25/2023. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/4/2024. The most recent health inspection was dated 9/12/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 7/20/2023.
