A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection took place on March 11, 2024 between the hours of approximately 8:45 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There was 1 classroom observed with a total of 31 children with 2 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing "I Spy" and preparing for dismissal. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, and injury reports was conducted during this inspection. 3 staff and 4 children's records were reviewed. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
