An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated and concluded February 6, 2024. There were 86 children in care with 13 staff. Children and staff records were reviewed. A walking tour of the center inside and outside was completed. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities including learning center play activities, outside play, transitions, hand washing, lunch, story, and nap. Children and staff records were reviewed. Additionally, medication, emergency evacuation and emergency equipment, annual inspections and insurance were reviewed as a part of the renewal inspection. A single violation regarding posted allergy listing was observed, discussed with center administrators and appears on the violation notice.

1 - In Classroom A Child #1 is not listed on the available allergy list. However, the child's record contains documentation of an allergy.
