1. Reviewed crib spacing when occupied, cribs used for evacuation and the provision of cribs for children under 12 months of age or those not developmentally ready to transition to a nap mat.

Conducted an unannounced focused inspection at 3:08pm. The purpose of this inspection was to inspect a new infant room to determine compliance and readiness for enrollment. Supplies and equipment were in place. No areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov
