An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio during the inspection.
Children were observed washing hands, self-serving snack, working independently, playing on the playground, and listening to a story during circle time.
6 staff and 4 child records were reviewed.
Violations reviewed with administration today included: staff records, child records, food brought from home, sight and sound supervision, injury prevention plan, emergency preparedness plan, emergency drill documentation, staff purse accessible to children and medications.
