A complaint inspection was conducted with the director on January 5, 2024, beginning at 11:46 a.m. and ending at 12:26 p.m. The inspection was conducted to investigation allegations related to behavioral guidance and forbidden action. Staff interviews were conducted, and facility documentation was reviewed. Additional follow up was conducted on March 15, 202. The allegations were determined to be not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
