A complaint inspection was conducted with the director on October 18, 2023, beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 9:30 p.m. The inspection was conducted to investigation allegations related to supervision and parental involvement. Staff interviews were conducted. Facility documentation was reviewed. The allegations were determined to be not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
