A monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/20/2024. This inspection was conducted in response to a self-reported incident received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of forbidden actions 8VAC20-780-410. Two (2) staff members were interviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the self-report of non-compliance with standards or law.
