A complaint was received and initiated on January 26, 204 regarding lack of supervision, staffing, communication with parents and incident documentation. During the investigation a parent a child and staff were interviewed and communication documentation were reviewed. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation and the complaint is found to be not valid.
