Technical assistant was provided regarding always having two staff at the cite.
Since this is a repeat violation the possibility of an IPOC was discussed with the YMCA director.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/20/2024 from 2:20 to 3:25.
The center had 1 staff present with9 children. Observed the children arriving from school and playing in the gym. Some children were building forts, some were coloring and some were playing a basketball game with the staff member present. Discussed the need for two staff to be present at all times when children are in care. Reviewed 4 children's files during the inspection. Staff files are reviewed annually at the YMCA office. Staff files required at the center for two staff could not be reviewed due to the information not being at the center.

Evidence: During the inspection one staff was present with 9 children. The second staff was out for the day and they center did not have a substitute.
