A complaint inspection was initiated on on March 6, 2024, in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on February 20, 2024, regarding allegations in the care and supervision of the children at the center. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, classroom observations were completed, and staff and children?s interactions were observed throughout the entire inspection. Inspectors were at the facility on March 6th and March 21st to thoroughly view the supervision and ratio of the center. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint was determined to be not valid. No violations were issued. The complaint inspection was concluded on March 25, 2024.
