An complaint investigation initiated on March 8, 2024 and concluded on March 26, 2024. The complaint was in regards to administration , supervision ,and special care provision and emergecies. Staff observations, records reviewed and staff interviews were conducted. There was not
a preponderance of evidence that the center did not comply with regulations .
The complaint is deemed not valid.
