Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3//2024 from 10:15 to 12:20. During the inspection 6 children's records were reviewed as well as 6 staff records. The center had 113 children present with 19 classroom staff as well as 3 support staff.
The children were observed playing in groups, doing table activities, writing in centers and singing and reading. Lots of different kinds of learning going on. Lunch today was cheese tortellini, Cauliflower, pineapple and milk. Lots of interaction between the children and caregivers.

Violations:
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-150-A
Description: Based on the review of children's records, the center failed to get the immunization records for one child.
Evidence: During the inspection six children's files were reviewed, one child , Child 3,has a statement that a physical has been done in a different state, but no copy of the physical in file.

Plan of Correction: We will request that the actual physical form is submitted or that a new Virginia physical is done.
