The following unannounced complaint inspection took place on 03/27/2024, between the hours of 10 am through 1:30 pm, on site at the child day center located in Arlington, Virginia. Based on all available evidence, the following are the findings for those areas of the standard that were in review:

Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
