An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 3/27/2024. The inspector was on site from 2:35pm until 3:50pm.
There were 37 children, ages 5 to 11 years old under the supervision of three staff. Children were observed during indoor free play and snack time. Five children's records and two staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
