All staff must have the fingerprint eligibility letter in their file before they can begin working. Please send the eligibility letter to the inspector when received.
- Comments:

An inspection was conducted today between 9:45amand 11:00am. There were 4 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and emergencies. The children were observed interacting with staff, and napping. A total of 3 staff records and 4 child records were reviewed.

Standard #: 22.1-289.035-B-2 Description: Based on observation, the center did not ensure all staff submitted to fingerprinting and has an eligible letter on file prior to first day of employment.
Evidence
Staff #1, (first day of employment 4/2/24), does not have a fingerprint eligible letter for on file.Plan of Correction: Staff is still in training and had the fingerprinting completed, we are waiting on the letter. When the letter is received we will forward it to the inspector.
