An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, and concluded on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. The complaint was regarding the center's administration, and alleged forbidden action. On February 6, 2024, the inspector as on-site from approximately 11:00am to 11:25am. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made at the center, and documentation was reviewed. Additional documentation was submitted electronically on February 6 and February 7, 2024.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
