An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/25/2024 from 9:15 a.m. to 12:25 p.m. with the Director. There were 66 children in care, ranging in age from three months to five-years-old, supervised by 14 staff. The children were observed in circle time and going outside. Five child records and five staff records were reviewed. Eight medications and authorization forms were reviewed, and the center has one staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The most recent Fire Inspection on file was dated 02/09/23. Lunch served was chicken sandwich, pears, green beans, and milk. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
