Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on April 11, 2024 between the hours of 8:45am and 10:50am. There were a total of 47 children with 5 staff members supervising. Children were observed engaged in group activities, handwashing and playing with age-appropriate toys and materials. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, children and staff records, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
