Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on April 12, 2024 from 1:17 pm until 4:28 pm and concluded on April 15, 2024. There were 65 children in care and 14 staff supervising including administrative staff on site. The inspector completed observations of the children in care napping on cots, completing bathroom/handwashing breaks, asleep in cribs, eating, diapering by staff, transportation drop offs, interacting with peers and staff, and parent pick ups. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 6 children records and 6 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description:	Based on review of staff records and interview, the center did not ensure to obtain all background checks every five years thereafter. Evidence: 1.
