An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:40am-12:25pm. There were 26 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, having a Friday dance party and eating lunch. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
