This annual subsidy inspection ( 30 day move inspection)was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
An annual subsidy inspection was initiated on 7/17/2020 and completed via video call on 7/20/2020. There were no children in care of the provider. There are 2 children under age 12 in residence at the home. The home, vendor/ household member information, emergency preparedness planning ( up dated to new residence) and supplies were reviewed.
Areas and equipment were observed and requirements for varying ages/ activity levels were discussed.
The licensing inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs for when children are in care.
