During inspection, Vendor and inspector indicated that Background checks of new home residents would be completed.
- Comments:

An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted on 7/15/20. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was conducted via mobile video app. The home, emergency procedures and supplies was inspected. Children, Vendor and household member documentation was reviewed. Children were observed playing freely in designated areas. Procedures to manage Covid 19 were also reviewed. Violations are indicated in the violation notice.

Standard #: 63.2-1721.1-A Description: Based on conversation and review of household member information, it was determined that all required background checks were not completed .
Evidence: Household member 1 was missing Fingerprints and CPS Check. Household member 2 was missing: CPS Check.Plan of Correction: I will work with my local worker to get the background checks completed.
