On 8/25/20 virtual inspection was completed. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection/ review was completed via video application as well as email and phone correspondence. During this virtual inspection the home, emergency supplies and procedures were inspected. In addition child records, vendor and household member records were also reviewed. At the time of the inspection there were no children present per the vendor.
