On 9/8/20 a virtual inspection review was completed. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was conducted via mobile video application as well as email and phone correspondence. During virtual inspection child, vendor and household member records were inspected. Emergency supplies and procedures were also inspected and reviewed. No children were observed. Violations are indicated in the violation notice.
