Comments:
A virtual Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was on conducted on 10/7/20. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was completed via mobile video application as well as phone and email correspondence. During the inspection the home was inspected. Pandemic and health and safety procedures and documentation was also reviewed. 3 children were present at the time of inspection, observed playing freely. Child, vendor and household member records were reviewed.
