Comments:
This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Preliminary data was obtained from the vendor on November 12, 2020.
An annual subsidy inspection was initiated on November 12, 2020, at which time the vendor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection, and concluded on November 17, 2020. The inspector emailed the vendor a list of items required to complete the inspection and the vendor sent all requested information.
The vendor reported there are children in care and Vendor is keeping attendance records to document arrival and departure time. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 Vendor's record to verify annual training, CPR, and First Aid training. These documents were submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for
Child Care programs.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued. Please call with questions 703-479-4679
